Jewelry designer, Selen Bayrak, developed her love of design at an early age. She graduated with a BFA in Interior Design at the Fine Arts Academy in her native Istanbul. On her first visit to New York in 1993, when she was still studying design, Selen was amazed at her reaction to the city – it felt both familiar and new. Selene claims it was love at first site.
